Iis intriguing to some degree the difficulties, fears and resistance that come into play within the realm of soulmates.Many people say they don’t want to get hurt, they don’t want to open up their heart to this person in case it doesn’t work out. Love yes, will bring up the opportunity to heal and in the case of soulmate relationships, the healing which will surface can at times be intense, this is all part of the experience of healing and opening one’s heart. This is how relationships – evolve and is a very important aspect of growth for both people. When emotional difficulties/conflicts arise, embracing the situation and going underneath to find the cause within can create an empowering shift which raises consciousness and has the potential to deepen love within the relationship.

The searching, the yearning – longing to be in the arms of your soulmate/twin flame is very understandable.  Simply be patient and hold the faith and no, this is not so easy when the conscious mind is offering it’s share of fearful, impatient advice – so go into your heart center and before long you will find the conscious mind softening, it’s harsh influence subsiding.  

The time is now  to let go of fears and simply believe in yourself. Give yourself the opportunity to heal, to restore your soul when it feels alone, neglected or unloved. Fall in love with YOU and see how the universe will respond to the splendour of you loving yourself first and foremost. Allow yourself to be on the receiving end of love…

There is a famous line used in some advertisement a while back, perhaps it was a Nike ad – Choose Life. Indeed what a fine statement. Your life, in beautiful, powerful syncronicity with Mother Earth, can and will be in this life-time, one where as you continue to move toward higher levels of love, will help bring the much required change and transformation we need here on planet Earth. Real lasting security within the realms of Love… not just a dream for some, this is becoming and will be THE reality on Earth.

Be as a divine child of light, extending peace wherever you go, speak with kindness and sensitivity to those you encounter who know not of peace within themselves for they are lost and your words can offer others comfort and hope. Every soul, no matter what station they are at presently, deserve respect and recognition of who it is they truly are - even if they have succumed to great suffering and misery, the truth remains – they are a child of light. Do not be afraid to take heed of the call of your heart for we have had reflections of war, disease, suffering of every possible kind for long enough now, hear the symphonic call of the home-coming and follow the divine rhythm within your heart… and you will create Peace on Earth.

This is why with healing – comes happiness, as each of the vital life systems within and around the body… re-connect and move back into alignment with one another. This inevitably creates inner shifts which create a sense of well-being, confidence, vitality and passion within oneself.

The human body as we know requires constant attention. If we ignore signs within our body of stifled energy, it will gather momentum and will manifest as a stiff limb, recurring headache, ailments around the body to more serious conditions. At times, physical exercise and a healthy diet are not enough to shift energy – particularly ‘if symptoms persist’ and this is why modalities such as energy healing can be so beneficial.

Energy healing treatments for example will melt tension from the mind and body thereby creating inner space for welcome vibrations such as inner peace, emotional calm, strength and rejuvenation to sweep into the life systems. The central nervous system rejoices! I highly recommend this type of treatment for those in demanding or stressful jobs, or if you are experiencing ongoing difficulty in any arena of life where tension is ongoing and it is difficult to maintain inner strength and balance, particularly emotionally.

Meditating daily creates mental calm, joy, emotional strength, expanded creativity/intuition, improves health and vitality and brings clarity – the ability to see through illusion. Through the use of simplistic methods; breathing, mantras and the use of your imagination, you literally create a subtle ‘mind-blowing’ experience - for the conscious mind (chatterbox) is bypassed as you drop down into what is commonly termed – the theta level of the mind, which can be experienced with little effort involved. You will be pleasantly surprised how ‘not trying’ will open the doorway to your higher self within a short period of time.

The western mind tends to over-think the practise of meditation;  ”Should I do it this way? Or should I do it that way?” All one need do is stay focused on the breath, mantras/visions/words/music and allow the imagination to do the rest. This practise is by no means complex. The inhibitor of you reaching inwardly is the alter-ego with it’s mutterings and distractions as to why not to go inward, for it is resistant to stillness and fears what you will discover.  One cannot take the ego too seriously, in time it too will begin to relinquish it’s fear and will quieten down, enjoying the space and tranquility that manifests during meditation.

Twenty minutes a day thereabouts is the only commitment required – quite the investment one could confidently say.  Whichever form you decide whether it be Eastern or Western based meditation matters not, the intention is to experience a quietening of the mind - allow the super-consciousness to take care of the rest.

So take the time, choose a quiet place at home, set up a chair or cushion, candles, blanket and honour yourself with the ritual of meditation. Your life will be transformed…
